Juniper Terrace is a 50-unit apartment building and is walking distance to Tacoma Centre, banks, restaurants, post office, Sobey’s, bus service and many other services.
Juniper Terrace features two bedrooms per unit, oak kitchen cabinets, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. This complex is equipped with an elevator and is four stories high. Units above ground level have private balconies. A coin-operated laundry is located on the main floor. Each apartment features a monitored telephone door entry system, sprinkler system, wall to wall carpeting or laminated hardwood with vinyl or ceramic tile in kitchens and bathrooms. A tastefully decorated Day Room is located on the main level where tenants may socialize. Every effort is being made to ensure a quiet, relaxed atmosphere.
Two units on the main floor are barrier free.
Monthly rental is $1800 and up which includes water and parking. The building is electrically heated and each unit has its own meter.
An active social program has been established – darts, card games, Bingo, pot luck suppers and an annual holiday dinner. The Day Room is available for bookings for private functions.
There is a full-time superintendent available to assist our residents.
